The Cope nurses have been absolutely amazing! Despite working long hours there is no hint of them hurrying you along when they call. They spend time checking you thoroughly and that you are carrying out your exercises correctly. They are so professional, kind and encouraging - an absolute credit to their profession. When you hear of all the cuts to social services I could never have envisaged receiving such top notch treatment, which could not be bettered elsewhere.
Suggested improvements
So far - nothing. Care has been superlative! A phone call advising when they are on their way would be useful but that is nit picking.

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and kind. Dr. Rana was amazing. I had a biopsy done elsewhere recently which was quite uncomfortable so was very nervous of having another. Dr. Rana was kind, reassuring and very efficient at her job - I barely felt a thing. Nurses Claudio and Jolly were perfect during the time I spent in recovery.
Hospitals are a daunting place to go but my experience yesterday has allayed a lot of my fears.

Review of Gynaecology Outpatients

I met the most amazing team of ladies today, Michele Madula (aka Nicole Kidman), Mercy Ameyaw (aka Naomi Campbell) and Bama (aka Jennifer Lopez) - my celebrity dream team who made me laugh and totally put me at ease during my procedure. Dr Bama explained the whole procedure very carefully to me so I understood at every step of the way what was happening.
Thank you all so much for your support, kindness and much needed laughs, the procedure isn't a highlight for any woman, but you made it the best possible experience that it could be for me and it was very much appreciated.
Suggested improvements
From an admin perspective, it would have been nice to have a formal letter for the appointment, just to make things easier on arrival with various checks and having to explain that I don't have a letter on several occasions.

I receive the most amazing care by Miss Sharma (Consultant Obstetrician/Gynaecologist). I could never thank her enough for everything she did for me. I felt so special.

I cannot thank the Upminster and Cranham midwifes enough for the care they gave me throughout my pregnancy! They have been so helpful and responsive I couldn’t of done it without them! X
